BT-C POWER MILLING HOLDER
Power chuck shank is a commonly used shank in cutting machining, mainly for clamping straight-shank tools such as end mills and reamers.
It usually consists of the shank body, locking nut, needle roller cage and other components. The front end of the shank features a small-taper cone with spiral grooves in the inner bore. When turning the locking nut, the contact area between needle rollers and the shank body increases to generate clamping force.
Accuracy:The circlip clamping causes minimal deformation. Runout at 3×D can be stably maintained between 5μm and 8μm, ensuring machining accuracy and surface quality.
